    At AGATI, we strive to provide you with products of the highest quality. Please read our return and refund policy below:

    Returns for damaged products:

    We accept returns only in the case of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. To initiate the return process, you must record a video of the unboxing experience, clearly showing the damage. Once we receive the video and inspect the product, we will proceed with the return and refund.

    No Returns for Size Issues:

    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for size-related issues for both normal and customisation. All our products are crafted according to the sizes mentioned in the size chart. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order to ensure the correct fit.

    Refund Process:

    If your return request is genuine and the product passes our inspection, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7 – 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

    Exchange policy: 

    You can exchange the product for another within 7 days of delivery without seeking a refund by covering any price difference. We do not exchange customized products as they are precisely made for you. 

    Product Cancellation:

    If you wish to cancel your order before it reaches you, you can do so by paying the associated shipping fees. If the order has not been shipped, you can cancel it at no cost. For more detailed information, please read our Cancellation Policy.
