Cancellation Policy

At AGATI, we understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before the order reaches the customer
  • After the order is shipped, by paying the shipping fees
  • Before the order is shipped, without any charges

Cancellation Process:

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at care@agati.co.in with your order details and cancellation request. If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it by paying the associated shipping fees.

Cancellation Charges:

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, there will be no cancellation charges. If you cancel after the order is shipped but before it reaches you, a cancellation fee equivalent to the shipping fees will apply.

Refund Process:

If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the order placement. Please allow 4-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Order Received:

Once the order is received, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may apply for a refund if the reason is genuine. Please read our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information on this process.
